Akta Explorer HPLC/FPLC

The liquid chromatography system (HPLC/FPLC) of the brand Akta type Explorer consists of the following modules: Box-900, pH/C-900 monitor, UV-900 monitor, P-900 pump and Frac-950 fraction collector. Liquid chromatography is an analytical method based on the difference in affinity of substances for both the mobile and the stationary phase. This technique can be used for both analytical and production applications.
With UV-900 UV-absorption monitor, a maximum of three wavelengths can be monitored simultaneously. The automatic frac collector Frac-950 is intended for research use only and not for clinical or diagnostic procedures. The pH/C-900 monitor is ideal for pH and conductivity measurements during liquid chromatography.
In addition, this liquid chromatography system is delivered including software, but without the CAN bus with which this system can be connected to a PC. The CAN bus and pH probe can be supplied at extra cost.
