Bio-Rad Mini Whole Gel Eluter Electrophoretic system

The electrophoretic system of the brand Bio-Rad type Mini Whole Gel Eluter is designed for electro-elution that simultaneously elutes and collects multiple bands of biomolecules from whole preparative polyacrylamigels. This electrophoresis system eliminates the tedious, time-consuming steps of cutting and eluting gel sections by simply eluting all biomolecules from the gel into liquid fractions.
In addition, the Bio-Rad Mini Whole Gel Eluter accommodates gels with a thickness of up to 3.0 mm and a maximum of 14 tubes. This electrophoresis system is therefore ideal for screening of crumixtures of proteins to identify immunologically relevant antigens and for purification of multiple bands of nucleic acids or proteins.
