Bischoff 8020 RI detector

The RI detector of the brand Bischoff type 8020 is designed to measure the change in refractive index of the column effluent flowing through the flow cell. This RI detector is used with high pressure liquid chromatographs to detect substances with limited or no UV absorption, non-ionic substances and non-fluorescent substances. The chemical components that can be detected with the RI detector inclualcohols, sugars, fatty acids, polymers and carbohydrates. The Bischoff 8020 can be used, among other things, for polymer analysis.
