CEM Sprint Rapid Protein Analyzer

The protein analyzer of CEM type Sprint is ideal for rapid protein determinations in the food industry. Protein measurements are conducted by Sprint’s iTAG technology that tags only amino acids that are commonly found in proteins like histidine, lysine and arginine. Thereby only the proteins are measured and no nitrogen.
