This NC-200 NucleoCounter with laptop standard is an automated, high-precision cell counter that uses the most modern image cytometry. It counts suspension cells, aggregated cells, CAR-T cells, stem cells and cells on microcarriers.
With user-customizable protocols and specialized tests, the NucleoCounter NC-200 offers an all-in-one solution for cell counting and cell viability determination.
The Via1-Cassette is used with this counter for automated coloring and sample treatment. The cassette is calibrated in volume to ensure high precision and reproducibility of the cells.
With the Via1-Cassette all errors during pipetting and staining are avoided. The Via1-Cassette contains a built-in pipette and the immobilized fluorescent dyes acridine orange and DAPI automatically color the total and dead cell populations respectively.
The NucleoView software makes visual inspection of the fluorescence image possible and offers the possibility to verify the number of cells. Specific event populations can be selected in the scatter charts and visually examined to determine the validity of their inclusion or exclusion from the final cell count results. The modified protocol can then be saved for future measurements, thereby increasing the reproducibility.
This NucleoCounter is delivered including software (included on USB stick).
