The Low-Temperature Evaporative Light-Scattering Detection for HPLC of Sedere type Sedex 85 is designed to detect compounds in the eluent from High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography (U-HPLC), Micro-HPLC, Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) or Counter Current Chromatography (CCC). Furthermore, this detector is not dependent on the absorption of radiation and is not affected by the absorption characteristics of the solvent. This detector can be also controlled and monitored by an external computer using the RS-232 ports.
