The Dewar flask is a heat-insulating double-walled vessel, often made of reflective glass, with the space between the walls being evacuated. Ideal for storage of products in liquid nitrogen.
Due to the vacuum between the walls, virtually no heat transfer through conduction occurs, and a reflective coating on the inside of the walls minimizes heat transfer through radiation.
