The two magnetic stirrers of Heidolph are ideal for preparing homogeneous mixtures. Substances can be mixed in a vessel via the agitator movements that are generated by the magnetically coupled stirring rod. The mixing intensity depends on the speed and magnituof the magnetic stirring rod.
